JO ANN MERRITT-GREEN, MGA
Jo Ann attended Grady Nursing School in 1973 and worked as a nurse for many years in Atlanta, Georgia. She went back to the University of Maryland where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with degrees in Criminology and Criminal Justice in 1990.
She began her career in the insurance industry as an office administrator. During that time, she learned the insurance business and found her niche as an agent. Since that time, she has been extremely successful putting her heart and soul into her clients and her work, which has earned her many awards as well as being ranked TOP PRODUCER for 14 of the 17 years she has been with the Alliance Group.
Jo Ann is not only a TOP Producer – but is also the 1st female MGA within the Alliance Group, a member of the MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table) as well as Top of the Court & Top of the Table designations within MDRT.
Jo Ann is currently Life Insurance licensed in Nevada, NC, SC, Georgia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Florida, Maryland, Colorado and Virginia.

Crider has been around the industry, helping people with their needs for over 7yrs. SHANNON HENSON
Shannon has 12 years of experience in the life insurance industry. She is a licensed agent in Maryland and the District of Columbia. Her experience also includes a variety of other duties which include, processing new business, providing outstanding customer service, setting appointments, delivering policies along with managing the operations of Merritt Financial.
In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her two children and has recently earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting through AIU in August 2013.
DR. ANDREW W. COLEMAN, III
Andrew W. Coleman, III, is a native of Columbus, Georgia. He is a licensed producer in the areas of Life, Health and Accident in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. His previous experience in the business community includes the clothing industry (wholesale and retail), marketing of international travel and a variety of other products and services. He has now partnered with and represents Life Insurance Company of the Southwest (LSW) and Merritt Financial.
Dr. Coleman has formal training and experience as an administrator (25+ years) in the educational community. He maintained a distinguished career as an educator and administratorwith public and private colleges and universities as well as elementary, middle and high schools. At the elementary level, he served as a Teacher, Mentor and Consultant. At the secondary level, he served as a Teacher, Special Programs Coordinator, Assistant
Principal and Principal. In higher education, he served as an Instructor/Professor, Program Director, Assistant Dean, Dean and Executive Assistant to the President and Consultant.

- He is married to Winifred Annette Sanders-Coleman, who is an educator and they are the parents of two (2) children, Andrew IV and Whitney Alexis.

BRIAN ROLLMAN
Brian Rollman has been in the insurance industry on and off for the last 13 years. He took time off to work on his masters in Psychology. He specializes in Life Insurance Disability and Mortgage Life sales as well as annuities. He has his masters in Education and is currently licensed in Washington DC, Virginia, and Maryland. His knowledge of the Insurance industry in superior.
MICHAEL C. GREEN
Michael is currently the Vice President of Merritt Financial and helps overseas the day to day business. He is licensed in Nevada, Florida, North Carolina South Carolina Washington DC Delaware and Virginia as well as Georgia and Maryland. He has is Bachelors in Psychology and currently sells Life Insurance Mortgage Insurance Disability and Annuities. Most policies that he currently sells having living benefits. He loves working with people and always strives to do his best for his clients offering them a variety of products.
